Married to her childhood sweetheart , and mother to three beautiful children, Sue says her greatest achievements in life are her family, followed by the relationships that she has formed with colleagues and guests of the Lobster Cave.
Passionate about cooking (Sue’s motto is “to make a mistake in cooking is insignificant…to cook without passion is inexcusable”), wine and travel.
Krist our head chef began his career at The Lobster Cave over 20 years ago in the restaurant as a kitchenhand.
His determination and passion for food has since seen him rise through the ranks to now being one of the most valued and outstanding members of the Lobster Cave team.
Krist is always innovating and creating new dishes for our menu, which have included some very unusual produce in the past and along with Sue can be seen on a regular basis live streaming some of his creations being cooked in the kitchen.
Krist on his days off can be found on the winding tracks of the coast on his bike, hitting the fresh markets scouting for amazing fresh produce or as he would prefer catching it himself out on the bay in his run about boat.
